Note: This is in relation to the negotiations rendered by the realtor with the builder to pay the buyers' closing costs using another lender with lower interest rates and financing terms than the builders' preferred lender after they submitted a full application with them. The buyers got a substantial amount of concessions for their closing costs from the builder.

"Mely and I personally commend you, your co-chair, and the respective committees for delivering a very successful affair. Last night's celebration was unequal compared to all the PAANC gala presentations that we've attended since the organization's inception. I personally observed the meticulous arrangement of the program, the efficient serving of meals and so on. In fact, the food served...from the Appetizer to the Hot Canapes... were ample and delicious. I'm sure all were delighted and sated at the conclusion of the event upon departing for their respective homes. At least we were. I did not eat breakfast until about 10:00 this morning because I was still full. Another thing is that this is the first time I've seen in any PAANC gala event that people stayed and were still dancing until midnight. Past galas that I have attended showed people leaving at 10:30 P.M. My only negative comment is...I wish the venue has a larger dance floor.

Lastly, I must say "KUDOS to everyone" who made the affair successful.
